These Terms of Use govern access to rikaiso.com, help.rikaiso.com and api.rikaiso.com (the "Sites"), which are operated by RIKAISO SE ("RIKAISO"). By using the Sites you accept these terms. If you use the Sites on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.
Sample content
RIKAISO is a fictional enterprise-software brand. Product descriptions, prices, documentation and company details on the Sites are sample data provided for demonstration. Nothing on the Sites is an offer, a quotation or a description of a real product or service.
Permitted use
You may browse the Sites, read and download published documentation for your own evaluation, and use the Help Content API and the Ask RIKAI assistant as described on the Sites. You may not:
- interfere with the operation or security of the Sites, probe or circumvent access controls, or exceed the request limits published for the API and the assistant;
- use automated tools to copy the Sites beyond what the API and the published PDF exports allow;
- remove or alter proprietary notices, or present RIKAISO content as your own;
- upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content to any part of the Sites that accepts input, including the assistant.
Accounts, API keys and OAuth connections
Accounts are created by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything done with your account, API keys and OAuth grants. Tell us at security@rikaiso.com if you believe a credential has been compromised. We may suspend or revoke access that breaches these terms or threatens the Sites.
Help Content API and MCP server
The API and the remote MCP endpoint are provided for reading published content and, for authorised editors, for maintaining it. Access is rate limited and may be changed, restricted or discontinued. Content retrieved through the API remains subject to the Copyright notice and these terms.
Ask RIKAI
Ask RIKAI generates answers automatically from published content. Answers can be incomplete or incorrect and do not form part of any agreement with RIKAISO. Do not enter personal data, confidential information or credentials into the assistant.
Intellectual property
The Sites and their content, including text, documentation, designs, software and trademarks, are owned by RIKAISO or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. The Copyright and Trademark notices explain what you may and may not do with them.
Links to other sites
The Sites may link to third-party websites. RIKAISO does not control and is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
No warranty
The Sites are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, RIKAISO disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, RIKAISO is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Sites. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Hamburg have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on the Sites at the time of your use applies; the date at the top shows the current version.
