HAMBURG — RIKAISO has expanded its partner program with certified solution listings. Partners who pass the technical review can publish their solution in the RIKAISO catalogue with verified integration details, supported product versions, pricing plans and support terms, so a customer can compare options without a discovery call.
Certification covers security review, upgrade compatibility testing against the two most recent releases, and a documented support path. Listings are re-reviewed annually, and each carries the date of its last review. Around 90 partner solutions are expected to be listed by the end of the year, starting with supply chain and asset management.
"Customers were doing the certification work themselves, partner by partner," said Daniel Okafor, Chief Customer Officer at RIKAISO. "It made more sense for us to do it once and publish the result."
