Layout, offline behaviour, and limitations of the assistant on phones and tablets.
Layout
On screens narrower than 1024 px the assistant opens as a full-height sheet instead of a side panel. The conversation occupies the whole width, and the action confirmation card is pinned above the input.
Getting started
- Sign in to the tenant in a supported mobile browser.
- Tap the assistant icon in the application header.
- Grant notification permission if you want completion alerts for long-running tasks.
Offline behaviour
Drafts you type without a connection are held on the device and sent when the connection returns. Answers are never generated offline. A queued prompt is discarded after 24 hours to avoid acting on stale context.

Data on the device
Only the current draft and the last ten messages are cached locally, encrypted with a key held in the browser's secure storage. Signing out clears the cache immediately.
If your organisation uses a mobile device management profile that blocks third-party cookies, enable the tenant domain explicitly. Without it, the assistant cannot maintain a session.
